My career includes stops in California and Indiana working as a television host, film critic, journalist and entertainment reporter.
I’m passionate about movies, music, sports, pop culture and social media. I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing movie stars, athletes, and musicians throughout the years. I’ve talked with everyone from Harrison Ford to Britney Spears.
The Godfather, Fletch, Memento, Sideways, Dazed and Confused, Friday, Singles, Jaws, & Citizen Kane all get high marks from me.
Pearl Jam, R.E.M., Led Zeppelin, and Radiohead are the bands in heavy rotation on the soundtrack of my life, but there are many others that have moved me in some way.
That’s what it’s all about; I want to feel something when experiencing movies, music, art and entertainment. It doesn’t really matter what, just move me in some direction and make me care.
My style is quick and to the point. This is not the site to visit for in-depth long reviews of the latest movies. I give you the bottom line and just enough detail without giving away the entire story. I’m not perfect with my punctuation, but I do use spellcheck.
I enjoy the art of the interview and love to meet interesting people that are passionate about what they do. Most of the content here is centered around movies, but I have music and local content from the Indianapolis market as well.
Thanks for visiting my website. I appreciate your interest.
I spend my free time being a husband and father and do freelance marketing and writing for money. I have been a voting member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association since 2002. You can also find my work on WTHR.com in Indianapolis. Here are links to my career stuff if you want to know more about my background, just click and take a look.
